The annual AACR-Industry Roundtable was held October 8-9, 2025, in Philadelphia, bringing together diverse perspectives from industry, academia, patient advocacy, and federal agencies to discuss timely issues facing patient care. The event focused on dose optimization and was chaired by AACR President-Elect Keith T. Flaherty, MD, FAACR.

The Classic Is Back
The Philadelphia Cycling Classic (PCC), which was last held in 2016, returns to the City of Brotherly Love on August 30, 2026, with the American Association for Cancer Research® (AACR) as the official charity partner.
After a decade away, this iconic event will draw top riders from around the world, who will be cheered on by hundreds of thousands of spectators. AACR is excited to partner with elite cyclists and supporters to advance lifesaving cancer research through this historic race.
There is a limited number of entries available for the 14-mile 2026 Philadelphia Cycling Classic – AACR Charity Ride along the course of the professional PCC race. Charity riders must pledge a minimum of $1,500 in donations to support AACR’s programs and services.
